To make this meme, I used an online meme generator (https://imgflip.com/demotivational-maker). Normally I would use Procreate or some other app, but I found an easier way so why not? I thought the sunset was a funny picture because they’re often used as backgrounds for inspirational quotes, so the irony adds to the demotivation. I chose “Mediocrity, because we can’t all be great” as my de-motivational phrase because although it is funny, its also true. It might seem sad at first, but honestly mediocrity isn’t a bad thing. Being mediocre is better than being bad.
